As a resident of Milton, Massachusetts, Bartley's award was covered by the Milton Patch:

She has created and led one of the most successful home-based parent coaching programs in the country, a network of eight center-based family support programs reaching 40 Massachusetts communities, a robust statewide collection of group-based parenting education and support programs, and a nationally recognized fatherhood initiative.

We congratulate Suzin on this well-deserved recognition of her life's commitment and service to the children and families of the Commonwealth.
